Publicada el 30 de octubre del año 2001 en un recopilatorio titulado "A Very Special Christmas 5", algunas de las pistas fueron grabadas en vivo en diciembre del año 2000 en Washington, D.C. Era la quinta edición de una serie de famosos volumenes dedicados a la navidad que juntaba a varios de los artistas más importantes de este nuevo milenio, y cuyos beneficios iban en ayuda de los Juegos Olímpicos Especiales. Allí se podrían encontrar a artistas como Macy Gray, Sheryl Crow, Jon Bon Jovi o Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers entre otros.

Stevie Wonder aparecía también en otra canción bajo el título de "I Love You More" junto a Kimberly Brewer, a la vez que en esta canción "Merry Christmas, Baby" junto a Wyclef Jean.
